TestFlight beta

Terms of Use

Effective August 8, 2026

These interim beta terms are between you and Day Dream Technologies Inc., doing business as Jumpship Enterprises. By installing or using the Day Benefits TestFlight beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the beta.

Beta license

Subject to these terms, Jumpship gives you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and use Day Benefits for evaluation and personal planning during the beta. Day Benefits is licensed, not sold. You receive no ownership interest in the app.

Estimates only and no advice

Day Benefits provides estimates only. It is not an official leave record and does not provide legal, tax, employment, payroll, benefits, or HR advice. It does not connect to an employer, approve or deny leave, or submit a leave request. You are responsible for reviewing your inputs and must confirm balances, policies, eligibility, and leave decisions with your employer before relying on a plan.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Day Benefits, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate law or another person’s rights, distribute the beta outside authorized channels, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

Intellectual property

Day Benefits, its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Jumpship or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only the limited beta license stated above.

Feedback license

If you send ideas, suggestions, or other beta feedback, you grant Jumpship a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise apply that feedback without payment or obligation to you. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.

Beta service and as-is warranty

The beta may contain errors, change, lose availability, or stop operating. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Day Benefits is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jumpship and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, benefits, or opportunities arising from the beta. Their total liability arising from Day Benefits or these terms will not exceed US $100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and do not reduce nonwaivable consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the beta at any time. Jumpship may suspend or end beta access or this license at any time, including if you violate these terms or the beta ends. When access ends, you must stop using and delete the beta. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, feedback, warranty, liability, and governing-law terms, survive termination.

Hawaii law

Hawaii law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any nonwaivable rights that apply where you live, claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, and each party consents to those courts.

Age eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Day Benefits. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the beta only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

Apple and TestFlight precedence

Your beta access is also governed by Apple’s TestFlight terms and the applicable Apple test license agreement. Those Apple terms take precedence if they conflict with these terms; these terms apply where Apple’s terms are silent. Apple is not responsible for Day Benefits or support for it. To the extent required by Apple’s terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
